We are a dealership for people who love cars, but not the traditional process of purchasing them. 2. Where does Chicago Cars Online obtain its cars?
All over the country. Chicago Cars Online gets its cars from a wide range of sources. Many of our cars are local new car franchise dealership trade-ins and/or lease returns.
We have relationships with many dealerships and brokers and we sell only the nicest high quality pre-owned cars. Many of our dealers do not specialize in the same type of vehicles we do and call us when they have a customer that wants to trade-in their vehicle.

3. Where are your cars located?
Our vehicles are located in our climate controlled showroom at 1770 Cortland Ct Addison, IL 60101.
4. Can I have the vehicle inspected prior to my purchase?
We strongly recommend that you do! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Chicago Cars Online welcomes inspections of all of the vehicles we sell. We will bring the vehicle to the inspection facility free of charge. Chicago Cars Online recommends using Carchex.com for vehicle inspections for out-of-state buyers. (You are responsible for full payment for the inspection) We also recommend and do offer extended service contracts.
5. What can I expect from my Chicago Cars Online purchase?

We make every effort to describe each car as accurately as possible. Please call us at (630) 519-4100 and we can do a real time walk around of the vehicle and answer any questions you may have. It is important when buying a pre-owned vehicle to understand that it is not brand new - A pre-owned vehicle may have some minor scratches, dings or chips associated with the miles and age of the vehicle. Some vehicles may not have loose items such as: Floor mats, CD magazines, extra keys, manuals, cigarette lighters, navigation discs, etc. Miles posted in this listing may vary slightly due to local test driving, in-transit repairs, or road testing. Please ask if you have any questions. Please don’t assume anything.
6. I am out-of-state, how can I receive my vehicle?
As a service to our clients, we are able to negotiate the shipping costs for you. You will pay for the shipping costs directly to the Transportation Company. Chicago Cars Online only contracts you with fully bonded and insured transportation services that will deliver the vehicle to your door. The transport usually takes about 1-3 days to set up. Once the carrier is set up, vehicle delivery usually takes between 5 and 10 days after the pick-up of the vehicle and varies by location, weather, holidays, etc.
7. I am out-of-state and I want to fly in to pick up my vehicle?
Not a problem, many clients book a flight into (ORD) Chicago O’Hare or (MDW) Chicago Midway airports. Should you choose this option, we'll be glad to pick you up from the airport and bring you to our facility. Many of our clients take advantage of coming to Chicago and make a weekend out of it and stay at one of the many nice hotels in Chicago.
